2 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 egg beaten
1/2 c sugar
1 tbsp salad oil
1/2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and nutmeg together and add egg, sugar, oil, and milk. Mix well. Roll out, cut into doughnuts and deep fat fry. Roll in sugar.
