Mix dry ingredients with a fork. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add water and oil, stir. Separate into two balls. Roll each ball separately between two layers of Saran wrap or wax paper (Aunt Doris prefers Saran wrap). Remove top layer of paper, place rolled dough in bottom of pie pan, remove the other layer of paper. Fill pie crust. If for a fruit pie, place other rolled section over the top, fold edges of pie crust under the bottom layer of pie crust. Flute edges with your fingers. Quickly run cold water over top, cut vent holes in top and then bake per pie directions.
