Potatoes to fill a 9x13 pan when sliced
Flour
Salt, pepper
Ham, onions, cheese if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Slice a layer of potatoes in pan
Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper on first layer and add a bit of milk.
Slice another layer of potatoes and repeat til pan is full.
Bake. Ham and onions may be added in layers also.
You may make a white sauce in a separate dish rather than dry ingredients and milk alternately.

A "regular" for Gram's family. This dish was often served with ham (and peas for a side dish) on Christmas Eve before opening presents.
