1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oleo
1 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
3 c. flour
1 bag of mini peanut butter cups (unwrapped)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oleo, peanut butter, and vanilla. In separate bowl sift dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients slowly to creamed mixture until all ingredients are mixed well. Grease a mini muffin pan and drop tablespoons of dough into pan. Bake at 350º for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. When cookies come out place on cooling rack and press a peanut butter cup into center of cookie.
