1/2 C oleo
1 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
1 10 oz pkg colored miniature marshmallows
1 small pkg coconut
1/2 C chopped walnuts (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and oleo in microwave for about 1 minute - stir well - after they are melted pour over marshmallows in a large bowl. (add walnuts at this time, if using) Stir until marshmallows are covered with chocolate Put foil on a cookie sheet - sprinkle a layer of coconut on foil and pour chocolate mixture on top in a long shape - sprinkle extra coconut over it and wrap tightly in a log shape. Chill until firm and keep in refrigerator
