2 cups butter 1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar 2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups brown sugar 2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs 24 oz. chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla (8oz) grated Hershey candy bar
4 cups flour 3 cups chopped nuts
5 cups blended oatmeal

Blended Oatmeal: Measure and blend in a blender into fine powder.
Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chips, candy bar and nuts. (I found mixing with your hands works best) Roll into balls and place 1" apart on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven on 375º for 6-9 minutes.
Makes 112 cookies. Recipe may be halved.
