1 pint of Blackberries
1 cup of sugar
2 T. of flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 frozen pie shells (Reg. not deep dish)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine: Flour and Sugar in a medium size pot. Mix well. Add Milk, egg and vanilla. Cook over medium heat until boiling (Stir often) while this is cooking, put the berries into the 2-uncooked thawed pie shells. When the mixture is done, pour it over the top of the berries.
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 350 and bake until the center is firm.

Helpful Hint: Put foil around the edge of the pie crust, to keep from burning. Take it off for the last few minutes.
