1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg yolk
2 c. flour

Maple Sugar Filling:
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Shape in 1 inch balls. Dip top in sugar and flatten with a fork. Bake at 325º for 10-12 mins. Spread frosting on cookie and top with another cookie.
