1/2 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 c. shredded zucchini, 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 tsp. cloves, 1 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream shortening, sugar, egg, and beat well. Stir in zucchini and set aside. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cloves. Add to zucchini mixture and stir till combined. Stir in raisins. Drop by tsp. and bake 375º for 12 - 15 min or till brown. Cool for 2 min on pan then remove and cool on wire rack.
