2 oz. Chocolate
1/2 C. Boiling water
1 Egg
1 C. Sugar
6 T. Butter, melted
1 C. Buttermilk
1 1/2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate and water; let stand til melted. Cream together. In another bowl, combine egg, sugar, butter and buttermilk; add chocolate mixture. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla, mix well. Bake in glass baking dish @ 350º for 35 minutes. Peanut butter or chocolate icing is good on this.
