1 can of apples (not apple pie mix)
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp all spice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 stick real butter (cut up in small pieces)
2 tbsp flour or corn starch

Directions:

Mix all and put in pie shell. Then cover with additional pie shell. Cut holes in top crust. Bake 30-35 minutes at 400º.
