1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips, White Chips and Butter Scotch Chips
1 Cup Melted Butter, Cool to touch (to not melt the chips)

Preheat the oven to 325º. Beat the eggs and add the dry ingredients. Blend in melted butter and chips. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake for about 1 hour. Top with whip cream, and vanilla ice cream.
