1-1/2 lbs. boneless pork loin, cut into cubes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tspn. garlic salt (optional)
salt and pepper
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can chicken broth
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, garlic salt and salt and pepper. Roll pork in flour mixture. Brown in oil in large fry pan. Drain excess grease. Sprinkle Onion Soup mix over pork. Add chicken broth and water. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Thicken if desired.

This recipe can be very salty. Make sure to use reduced sodium broth and skip the garlic salt, if necessary, You could just add minced garlic when you add the liquids instead of the garlic salt. Excellent with mashed potatoes. The broth etc. makes a great gravy.
