1lb butter 1/2lb almonds 1lb sweet milk chocolate 21/4C sugar 1/4C water

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy skillet melt butter,sugar and add the water and cook to 250 degrees using a candy thermometer. Add almonds and continue cooking
to 290 degrees. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch pan and then melt the chocolate and pour over top. Sprinkle
chopped walnuts over top of chocolate and let cool completely and break into pieces.
