2 lb ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1/2 medium onion, very finely chopped
1/2 cup horseradish
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
2 eggs
3/4 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp water
3/4 cup ketchup

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients except water and ketchup in large mixing bowl. Use your hands to quickly and thoroughly combine. Pack into an oblong loaf shape and place in a greased cooking dish big enough to fit the loaf. Add water to cooking dish and bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Remove and cover top with ketchup and continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 160º. Makes two loafs.
