1 NO. 2 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c sugar
boil 3 minutes.
Combine;
1 pkg. lemon jello
1c boiling water
1/2 pound grated longhorn cheese
1 C chopped nuts
1/2 pint cool whip or whipped cream

Directions:

Combine jello mixture with the pineapple mixture and cool.
when cool, add 1/2 pound grated longhorn cheese and 1cup nuts. put in ice box until almost set. fold in 1/2 pint cool whip or(whipped cream) and put in ice box to set
