8 slices white bread - crusts removed
1 c. ham, cut in small cubes
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 4 slices of bread and put butter side down in 8-inch square pan.
Sprinkle with ham and half of the cheese.
Place other 4 slices of bread on top.
Sprinkle rest of cheese on top of bread.
Beat eggs, and then add milk, nutmeg, pepper and mustard. Pour egg mixture over bread and cheese.
Put in refrigerator over night.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
