1 c. lard (room temperature)
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs (room temperature)
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream lard and sugar. Add vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mix well until fluffy.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to first mixture.
Form dough into balls (about a teaspoon). Place on cookie sheet. Bake 350º until firm and turning light brown on bottom.
