Leftover ham or a chunk of good boiled ham, chop or grind
hard boiled eggs, chopped
onion, finely chopped
Hellman'sİ mayo (to taste)
a small amount of yellow mustard
a small amount of sweet pickle juice, best to use from jar of sweet dill spears

To ham, add hard boiled egg, onion, mayo to taste and spreading consistency, and all other ingredients.
