1 small potato
1kg icing sugar
400g Peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potato in water, no salt. Mash and let it cool completely. Add icing sugar until it becomes a paste like pie dough. Stretch with a roller to 1/2 cm thickness. Divide into 16 cm strips. Spread peanut butter 1/4 thickness onto the strips. Roll the strips so that it makes a long cigar. Cut into candy-sized bites when ready to serve. Preserve in wax paper in the fridge. Enjoy!
