1 c. margarine
1 c. white sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cream (or regular milk)
Pinch of baking soda (dissolved in cream)
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour (or more)

Icing:
1 or 2 tbsp of margarine
2 c. icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add remaining ingredients in order. Roll and use cutters. Bake at 375º for 7 - 10 minutes (or until golden).
Cool completely before icing.
