2 pkg Yeast
1/2 cup Warm Water
1 tsp Sugar
3 qt Flour

2 pt Warm Water
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Shortening - melted

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water with one tsp sugar. Put 3 qts flour in large bowl. In another bowl, put 2 pints warm water, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp salt and 2 tbsp melted shortening. Add the dissolved yeast to mixture, then pour on flour. Knead for 15 minutes. Let rise until doubled. Work down and divide into 3 loaves. Put in greased pans and let rise until ready. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes, then at 350º for 35 minutes.
