1½ c. white syrup
1½ c. brown sugar
1½ c. peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
8 c. Special K.© cereal
1 package chocolate chips
1 package butterscotch chips
Directions:
Directions:
Bring syrup and brown sugar to a boil. Add in and mix well: peanut butter, vanilla, and cereal.

Frosting:
Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over LOW heat and blend together, or you can microwave them (but be careful).

Frost the bars, and serve.
