Crust: 3 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
1 stick unsalted butter

Filling: 1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate
2 whole eggs
4 egg whites
4 egg yolks

Topping: 2 cups whipping cream]
powdered sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: melt butter and mix with cookie crumbs.
Press into 10" springform pan and put in freezer
while making the filling.

Filling: Melt chocolate. Add whole eggs and egg
yolks. Add powdered sugar to cream and whip
until stiff peaks form. Whip egg whites until very
stiff. Stir a little whipped cream into the chocolate.
Then 1/2 at a time, fold in egg whites, whipped
cream, egg whites, cream into the chocolate. Pour
into crust and refrigerate at least 6 hours.

Topping: Whip cream and powdered sugar until
stiff. Spread on top of refrigerated mousse.
