1/3 c. water
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 large egg

Directions:
Place rack in center of oven and preheat to 350º. Lightly grease or line with parchment paper 2 cookie sheets. Set pans aside.
Place cake mix, water, melted butter and egg in a large mixing bowl. Blend with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute. Stop mixing and scrape down the sides of the bowl. Increase the speed to medium and mix for 1 more minute. The cookie dough will be thick.
Drop heaping spoonfuls of the dough 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheets. Bake cookies until they are set, approximately 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on a cooling rack. Repeat the baking process with the remaining cookie dough.

Be creative! Add chocolate chips or nuts to the dough too!
