1 whole pork tenderloin (about 1 lb.)
2 T. parsley flakes
1 tsp. sage leaves
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
2 tsp. thyme leaves
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. pork seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Crush herb leaves and mix them together with the parsley flakes, pepper and pork seasoning. Coat the tenderloin with this mixture and place in a shallow roasting pan on a rack. Roast in a 450º oven for 20 minutes, until internal temperature reads 155º on a meat thermometer. Remove and let rest 10 minutes before slicing to serve. Internal temperature should rise about 5º to 160º while setting. Do not overcook!
