1 cup heavy cream
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
4 oz. milk chocolate
1 T. instant expresso powder
1 T. scotch whiskey (or favorite variety)
Directions:
Directions:
Warm cream and add chocolate. Stir until melted. Dissolve expresso powder in whiskey and stir into chocolate. Serve warm.
