Idaho baking potatoes
butter (3/4 stick for 10 halves)
sour cream
onion, chopped
salt and pepper
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Wash and prick potatoes. Bake 1 hour.
2. Remove potatoes from oven. Reduce heat to 350ºF. Cut potatoes in half and scoop potato from skin while warm.
3. Place potatoes (not skin) in mixing bowl. Add butter, sour cream, chopped onions, salt and pepper and mix well.
4. Spoon mixture into shells and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350ºF until warm.
