3/4 c butter
3/4 c sugar
1 & 1/2 c brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 c flour
1 box vanilla pudding mix
3 c chocolate chips
1 c chopped nuts
Directions:

Mix together.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350º for 8 minutes.
