2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 cup shredded zuccini
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Cream margarine and sugar together.
Beat in egg and lemon peel until fluffy.
Stir in zuccini and walnuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 375 for 15-20 minutes, until lightly brown.

Lemon Frost:

1 cup icing sugar and 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice.
Drizzle on warm cookies.
