3 and 1/2 cup powder sugar
3 and 1/2 cup vanilla wafers crumbs
3 sticks margarine
1 small can crushed pineapple
4 to 5 bananas
1 small jar maraschino cherries
1 (12 oz). bowl cool whip
1 cup chopped pecans
2 eggs

Directions:

Melt 1 stick margarine to pour over crumbs to form crust. Put in pie plates or casserole dish. Put sugar, and butter (softened at room temp.), and eggs in mixing bowl. Mix at medium speed for 2 to 3 min. until well mixed. Spoon over crust and spread evenly (dampen spoon to spread better.) Slice bananas and spread evenly over mixture. Drain pineapples and add a little sugar to sweeten to taste. Spread over bananas. Spoon cool whip over mixture and garnish with cherries and pecans. Cool in refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours.
