1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 10 oz. frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 pint whipping cream (whipped)
1/2 10" angel food cake

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve strawberry jello in 1-1/4 c. boiling water. Stir in thawed strawberries, sugar and salt. Chill until almost set. Fold in whipped cream.

Tear the angel food cake into small pieces. Cover the bottom of a 9" pan with half the torn cake. Cover the torn cake with half the strawberry mixture. Repeat.

Refrigerate until set (4 -5 hours)
