6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup finely chopped ham
2 T. finely chopped onion
2 T. finely chopped green pepper
1/3 cup ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup French onion chip dip
1/2 cup crushed Cool Ranch Doritos, crushed
Directions:
Directions:
To hard cook eggs, cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let stand 15-20 minutes. Run cool water over eggs and remove shells. Chop eggs. Add ham, onions, and green pepper. Blend dressing and dip, add to egg mixture. Just before serving, stir in crushed chips. Serve with crackers, pretzels, Cool Ranch Doritos, or fresh veggies.
