1 quart cooked chicken

Gravy:
1 quart chicken broth
4 T. flour
4 T. butter

Dressing:
1 1/2 quart bread croutons
1 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
onion powder
celery flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Make gravy by making roux of butter and flower and then adding chicken broth, cooking until slightly thickened (will be very thin). Mix dressing lightly with fork. Put 1 1/2" layer of chicken in greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover with dressing. Pour gravy (very thin) over top. Bake until brown--about 35 minutes--at 350º.
