4 cups chopped cabbage
1 cup chopped yellow onions
1 T. vegetable oil
8-oz. ground beef, browned
1 tsp. sugar
1 T. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
12 Rhodes Texas Rolls (thawed to room temp)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 T. butter, melted

Cook cabbage, onion, and oil in a large skillet 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover and steam over low heat 40 minutes. Brown meat, drain, and add to cabbage mixture. Cook for an addition 20 minutes. Flatten each roll into a 6" circle. (easy with a little flour and a rolling pin) Divide filling into 12 servings, about 1/3 cup each, and place on circle. Place 1 heaping T. mozzarella cheese on top of filling. Pull edges around filling and pinch to close. Place on a large greased baking dish, pinched side down. Brush tops with melted butter. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Good with whole wheat rolls and brushed with butter again after baking. Reheat about 2 minutes in microwave.
