1 Dozen Eggs
1 Lb. Italian Sausage or Soupy
1 Lb. Ricotti Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice sausage or soupy into thin slices. Cook in frypan until 3/4 cooked.

In large bowl, beat eggs. Combine ricotti cheese to eggs and mix thoroughly. Add egg and cheese mixture to sausage. Stir until eggs are completely cooked. Or combine sausage, eggs and cheese, pour into 9 x 13 pyrex baking dish and bake at 350º f for 45 minutes.
