2 cups beans (13 varieties)
2 T. salt
Ham hocks
1 large onion, chopped
16-oz. can petite diced tomatoes
1 small can chopped green chiles
juice of 1 lemon
Lawry's Seasoned Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cover beans with water. Add 2 T. salt. Soak overnight and drain. Add 2 quart fresh water to ham hock and simmer overnight in crock pot. Drain off grease and remove meat from bone. Add beans, onion, tomatoes. Add chiles (or 1 tsp. chili powder if you don't have chiles). Add juice of 2 lemon and Lawry's Seasoned Salt to taste. Simmer at least 1 hour or put in crock pot for several hours.
