1 18 oz box moist lemon cake mix
1 8 oz brick cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 box confectioners sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in egg, then vanilla. Add cake mix. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Form batter into tablespoon-sized balls and then roll in confectioners sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, 2" apart. Bake 12 minutes. Sprinkle again with sugar and let cool.
