about 35 saltine crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 ( 12 oz) bag chocolate chips
chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degress. Cover cookie sheet with foil. Spray with cooking oil spray. ( or use non-stick foil).Place crackers on foil in 5 by 7 inch rows. Microwave butter onhigh for 2 min. Add brown sugar and stir. Microwave on high for 2 min. Pour over crackers. Bake approx 15 min. (should bubble, but not burn). Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot crackers. Spread. After 2 min. when chips have softened, sprinkle chopped nuts ( optional). Refrigerate 1 hour. Break into pieces. Can be frozen. ENJOY!!
