2 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
4 tsp. soda
9 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine and sugars to cream. Beat in eggs. Add soda to buttermilk. Add remaining ingredients to sugar mixture. Dough should be stiff, chill at least 1 hour, overnight is best. Roll out on floured surface, no less than 1/4 inch, and cut. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes. Do not overbake.
