4 eggs
2 1/4 cups sugar
5 cups whole milk
2 cans evaporated milk
4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
In large bowl, beat eggs then gradually add sugar. Continue to beat until mixture is very stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into gallon ice cream maker and freeze as directed.
