1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. Mrs. Grass Homestyle Vegetable Soup & Dip Mix
1 10-oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and well-drained
1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Parmesa, Romano, or Asiago cheese blend

Directions:

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and soup mix. Stir in spinach, artichokes, and cheese. Optional--add chopped water chestnuts and almonds, add 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. Spread mixture in 2 quart baking pan. Sprinkle with another 1/2 cup of Parmesan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until lightly browned at edges. Serve warm with Pita chips, etc. Makes 6 cups. Note--good with Italian 5 cheese mix. Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
