Sunday Dutch Apple Pie Recipe

3/4 cp granulated sugar
2 tbsps flour
pinch of salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cp (8oz) sour cream
2 cps chopped peeled tart apples (about 3 med)
1 unbaked pie shell, 9 inch

Streusel:
1/3 cp flour
1/3 cp brown sugar
2 tbsp cold butter

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a large bowl; combine sugar, flour and salt.
2) Stir in egg, vanilla and sour cream; stir until smooth.
3) Apples; mix well.
4) Pour into pie crust.
5) Bake at 375f for 15 mins.
6) Reduce heat to 325f and bake for 30 mins more.
7) For topping; combine flour and sugar in small bowl.
8) Cut in butter until crumbly.
9) Sprinkle topping over pie; bake 20 mins longer or until filling is bubbling and crust is golden.
10) Cool on wire rack.
11) Serve warm or cool, store leftovers in refrigerator.
