1 pkg. yeast
2-2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg.

Filling:
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup sugar
1 T. melted butter

Coconut Topping:
In small bowl mix 1/4 cup flour, 2 T. brown sugar, and 2 T. sugar. Cut in 2 T. butter until crumbly, add 1/4 cup flaked coconut. Icing: Combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 2 tsp. milk.

Combine yeast and 1 cup flour. Heat milk, sugar, butter and salt until warm. Add to dry mixture. Add egg. Beat at low speed 1/2 minute. Beat 3 minutes on high speed. By hand, stir in enough flour to make a moderately stiff dough. Knead on floured surface 3-5 minutes. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise till double, about 1 hour. Combine 1/4 cup flaked coconut and 1/4 cup sugar. Turn out dough on floured surface. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Roll dough to a 8 x 12 rectangle. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with coconut/sugar mixture. Roll up jelly roll fashion and cut in 12 1" slices. Place in greased 9" round pan. Sprinkle coconut topping over coffee cake. Let rise until doubled--30 minutes. Bake at 350º till golden brown, 25-30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool right side up. Drizzle icing over cooled coffee cake.
