1 3-oz. pkg. lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup sour cream
1 1-lb. can sliced peaches, drained and diced
1/3 cup flaked coconut
1 cup sliced strawberries
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until thick and syrupy. Add sour cream, beat until blended. Fold in peaches, coconut and strawberries. Turn into lightly oiled 4 cup mold. Chill until set.
