2 lbs. stewing beef (raw)
canned or fresh mushrooms
fresh carrots and potatoes, cut in bite sized pieces
onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in large Dutch oven. Add garlic, then add fresh vegetables. Pour mushroom soup over top. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Do not stir. Put tight cover on pan. Bake at 250º for 5 hours without removing cover. (Add as many fresh vegetables as desired.) Salt and pepper to taste.
