1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Brown butter, then add sugar. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Shape into rolls, then wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm. Slice very thin. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
