1 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 egg. Set aside: 1 cup dried cranberries or cherries, chopped fine. 1 cup Skor/Heath© bits, 1 1/2 cup oatmeal.

Add the flour mix to butter mixture. Stir in dried fruit, chocolate, toffee bits and oatmeal. Divide the mix into three logs and freeze them in plastic wrap. Once frozen, slice into cookies 1/2 inch thick and bake at 350º for 8-10 min. Allow to cool before taking the cookies off the baking sheet. Makes approximately 24 cookies.
