Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 squares white almond bark
12-18 crushed candy canes (should be crushed almost into a powder - depends on how minty you want it)

1/16 tsp. almond extract
1/7 tsp. peppermint extract
1 drop red food coloring (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the candy canes. (I put them in a ziploc bag and smash them with a hammer on a cutting board).

Melt the almond bark over low heat (or in the microwave). Stir in the red food coloring and the extracts. Stir in the crushed candy canes. Coat a 4-sided, non-stick cookie sheet with cooking spray and spread the mixture on the pan.

Chill (I put the cookie sheet in the freezer), then break apart into pieces like peanut brittle.

Option: You can substitute the peppermint candy canes for spearmint candy canes. You then use spearmint extract and green food coloring.
