1- 8oz pkg cream cheese, room temp
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 (18oz) box chocolate cake mix
Confectioner's sugar for dusting
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl with an electric mixer, cream the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in the egg. Then, beat in the vanilla. Beat in the cake mix. Cover and refrigerate 2 hrs or overnight. Roll the chilled batter into tablespoon sized balls and then roll in confectioner's sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, 2" apart. Bake 12 mins. Sprinkle with more confectioner's sugar, if desired.
